Workshops Mabou Ridge Centre offers workshops on a wide range of topics related to holistic living. Up and coming workshops will be regularly posted, so keep yourself informed about these exciting opportunities. You may also send in your suggestions for workshops, and we will do our best to find resource persons to fill your needs if we don’t currently have them in-house. In 2005, workshops will be held on the following topics: – Natural Soap Making – Candle making – Natural dyeing – Organic farming – Growing and drying culinary herbs – Needlefelting – Stress reduction and relaxation – Balancing energy with chakras – Introduction to Reiki energy work Workshops are usually offered on Saturdays, and vary in length between 2 to 4 hours. The cost of attending a workshop will be kept to a minimum, to cover expenses and presenter fees. Payment is required on the day of the workshop. Registration must be made one week before a planned workshop. Workshops will be cancelled or postponed where numbers of registered participants are less than 5 persons. |
